Tiffany E. Caron practices primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy and Corporate Law. She represents debtors, creditors, trustees and committees in consumer and business Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 cases, as well as restructuring and foreclosures. Ms. Caron regularly handles adversary proceedings in bankruptcy cases involving lien avoidance, preferential and fraudulent transfers. She is also eligible to act as a Receiver or Administrator and serves as the Bankruptcy Trustee in Chapter 7 cases. Ms. Caron is a Chapter 7 panel trustee.
Tiffany attended Ohio University for undergraduate studies, where she graduated, in 2003, with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. Upon graduation from Ohio University, she attended the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school, she served as the Executive Editor of the Law Journal. After graduation from law school, Tiffany was employed with the Department of Justice in the Office of the U.S. Trustee in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Tiffany has been with McCallar Law Firm since 2008. Tiffany has represented many owners and businesses throughout the Southern District of Georgia, from Savannah to Statesboro, Dublin, Waycross and Brunswick, in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
