C. James McCallar, Jr.




C. James McCallar, Jr. practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate, trial practice, negligence and commercial law. He also provides mediation and arbitration services. He attended Armstrong State College and the University of Georgia where he graduated in 1969, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He completed law school at the University of Georgia earning his J.D. in 1971. He returned to Savannah to practice law. He served on the Savannah Historic District Board of Review from 1979-1985. He has also served as the Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia. McCallar Law Firm has been providing general civil trial services in both State and Federal jurisdictions since 1976. His firm is founded on the belief that when their clients succeed, they succeed.
